Stream Control Transmission Protocol — a multi-stream, multi-homed transport used heavily by SIGTRAN and some WebRTC data channels. Chunks, TSNs, and four-way association setup replace TCP for many telecom stacks. Partial reliability and unordered delivery are optional extensions.
