Line Information Database
Line Information Database holds per-line attributes used by calling-card, collect, third-number billing, and CNAM services. Queries travel over SS7 TCAP to regional LIDB nodes; responses include line type, collect accept, and name fields. It sits beside LNP NPDBs as a classic IN/database dip.
